This new paradigm requires that we bridge our differences of opposition to make a harmonious whole. Harmony is the middle path. The middle road. The equanimous energy that directs us to resolution and community. When we work together we honor unity in our diversity. Let us be the bridge, let us orchestrate, integrate and bring one another together.
In the transference of all sacred elements of our knowledge and qualities, we are transformed for the better. We are delighted to be shifting this space into a space for all. Please note this is no longer exclusively a women’s circle.

Mats, blankets & bolsters provided
Yoga mats, blankets, and bolsters are provided. Please arrive 5 minutes prior to start time. Cacao is gluten-free, dairy-free, and soy-free. It tastes like the yummiest hot chocolate you have ever sipped. It’s recommended to have an empty stomach 30 minutes before ceremony.

Tickets to any of the events I host are non-refundable. You can always pass it along to a friend, make sure to forward them any follow-up emails/location details. And also send me a note if you are unable to attend. Gatherings are kept small but are in high demand, please be mindful when canceling last minute.
