A Heart Message to the Collective

Collectively I think we’re feeling the most amounts of joy and the most amounts of pain than ever before. And I keep hearing the same message and this is something I’ve been hearing for the last six months or so, is that I have to just embrace and feel the pain, acknowledge it, be a witness to it, hold it and then let it go. That this is the only way for me to heal this pain, this reoccurring feeling, this grief, this sadness, this rejection, this fear, this disappointment. I just have to hold it and then release it.

So just as we are in this time of shifting into feeling these beautiful expressions of bliss, joy, happiness, gratitude, and so on - we are also experiencing a heightened amount of old shit. We are experiencing memories/themes from our childhood, our past lives, and shared experiences. Collectively, this pandemic has shaken us and woken us to new truths, new ideas, and new insight. But with insight, with further understanding, with clarity comes old feelings. These old feelings are just our opportunity to work through and release them.

Believe me, when I say I see you, I feel you, I hear you. I am going through these cutting amounts of painful memories while also feeling this immense gratitude for the release. I can no longer ignore the parts of me that have felt that fear, that rejection, that sadness, that grief, that trauma. When it comes in I now sit with it, I hold it, and then I release it.

This pain is valid. This collective initiation to heal ourselves has been a long time coming.

This is why our news feeds have been flooded with acts of violence and injustice. The centuries of pain, inequality, hatred, are no longer bring tolerated. The collective is ready to disrupt the systems that have upheld this evil. The collective is ready to destroy these old programs. It’s time.

During my Spring Equinox Reading Special that I launched on 3/21 (bookings are closed, but please book a regular session if you feel inspired) I noticed a common theme for all of the reading receivers.  The message was this: when your inspiration or idea comes from the heart, you can do no wrong. So many of my readings were troubled with the common theme of head & heart being disconnected. The rational mind wants to keep us safe, has limiting beliefs, and is full of doubt, fear, and questioning.  Heart says “this is the way, this is what I need, this feels right”. But when both heart and mind are not on the same page, we often feel quite unclear on the next steps.  As we enter this new world, we are being asked to follow our hearts more than ever. Heart is source, heart is eternal and infinite.  The message is this: when you lead from the heart, you can do no wrong.

So start following that bold, bright, brave heart of yours. I see you, I feel you, I love you.
